Posting of Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Company announces that its Annual Report and Consolidated Financial Statements (the "Annual Report") for the year ended 30 June 2013 have been posted to shareholders today.

The Annual Report also contains a Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to be held at Galileo Fund Services Limited, Millennium House, 46 Athol Street, Douglas, Isle of Man IM1 1JB on Monday 4 November 2013 at 11:00 a.m.

A copy of the Annual Report has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and is available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do and is available for download from the Company's website www.qatarinvestmentfund.com/publications together with the notice of AGM and form of Proxy
