Change of Name to Gulf Investment Fund plc  

Further to the 11 December 2017 announcement, the Company has received confirmation from the Isle of Man Companies Registry that the change of name of the Company to Gulf Investment Fund plc has become effective. This is to reflect the change in the Company's investment policy from a largely Qatar-focussed investment strategy to a broader Gulf Co-operation Council focussed investment strategy, which was approved by the Company's shareholders on 8 December 2017.

With effect from 13 December 2017, the new ticker will be GIF.L, and details of the new website address will be provided in due course.
