Placing Update

GSTechnologies Limited (LSE: GST), the fintech company, announces an update regarding the Placing (the "Placing") as per the announcement released on 23 April 2024. The admission date of the Placing Shares (the "Placing Shares") will now be on 29 April 2024 and not on or around 8 May 2024 as was originally stated.

All other details from the Placing announcement on 23 April 2024 remain the same.
