                                -     Sir Roger Hurn - Purchase of 348
                                Ordinary Shares at a price of £19.319 per
                                Ordinary Share.


              £ Dr Ronaldo Schmitz - Purchase of 88 ADRs at a price of
                US$55.67 per ADR.

              £ Mr Peter Job - Purchase of 100 Ordinary Shares in the
                Company at a price of £19.03 per Ordinary Share in a single
                company ISA and the purchase of 75 Ordinary shares in the
                Company at a price of £19.29 per share.
