In accordance with DTR 3.1.4 R(1)(c) I give details of changes in the interests of Mrs K Thomson, a Connected Person of Mr Philip Thomson, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility, in the Ordinary Shares of GlaxoSmithKline plc (the "Company").

The Company was advised on 8 April 2015 that Mrs K Thomson transferred 1134 Ordinary Shares held under the Company's ShareReward Plan to a personal shareholding account on 1 April 2015.
