I give below details of changes in interests in the Ordinary Shares of GlaxoSmithKline plc in respect of the under-mentioned person discharging managerial responsibility:

Mr S M Bicknell acquired a beneficial interest in 11 Ordinary Shares arising from the re-investment of dividends under Personal Equity Plans on 7 January 2013 at 1373.5 pence per Share.
