Following the vesting of 11,321.003 ordinary shares under the GlaxoSmithKline Deferred Investment Award on 18 December 2010, Mr E Gray received a payment of £12.69 per ordinary share on 18 December 2010. The Company was advised of this transaction on 20 December 2010.
