The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 2.30pm on Wednesday 23 May
2007 at the Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre, Broad Sanctuary, Westminster,
London SW1.

Copies of the Company's Notice of Annual General Meeting, together with the 2006
Annual Report and 2006 Annual Review have been submitted to the UK Listing
Authority, and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing
