NOTICE OF FULL YEAR RESULTS

The board of Directors (the "Board") of Grit Real Estate Income Group Limited, a leading pan-African income real estate company, focused on investing in and actively managing a diversified portfolio of assets underpinned by predominantly US$ and Euro denominated long- term leases with high quality multi-national tenants, will announce the Group's full year results for the 12 months ended 30 June 2021 on Friday, 29 October 2021.

The Company will host a live Zoom webcast and conference call on Friday, 29 October 2021 at 12:00pm Mauritius / 09:00am UK / 10:00am South Africa.
