Griffin Mining Limited ("Griffin") has been advised that on 12^th February 2016 Mr Dal Brynelsen a non-executive director of Griffin, has purchased a further 30,000 ordinary shares in Griffin at a price of 25.0 pence per share. Following this purchase Mr. Dal Brynelsen has a beneficial interest in 230,001 shares in Griffin, representing 0.1% of the Company's issued share capital.
