Gresham Technologies plc (LSE: "GHT", or "Company" or "Group"), the leading software and services company that specialises in providing real-time transaction control and enterprise data integrity solutions, is pleased to announce that all the resolutions set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") dated 28 March 2017 were passed on a show of hands at today's AGM.

The results of the proxy votes lodged in advance of the AGM will shortly be available on Gresham's website at www.greshamtech.com.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.2, a copy of the resolutions passed will shortly be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for viewing at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
