                               Interests in shares

The Company was notified today by J.P. Morgan Chase & Co that, following the
disposal of 104,381 ordinary shares in the Company that on 19 January 2004, the
total number of ordinary shares held by it's subsidiary J.P. Morgan Fleming
Asset Management (UK) Limited, in its capacity as discretionary investment
manager for various funds, in the Company is now 5,810,987 representing 11.79%
of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
