The  Company  announces that it has been  notified  today
that  J.P.Morgan Securities Ltd, on behalf of The Fleming
Mercantile  Investment Trust plc has acquired  a  further
beneficial  interest in the Company of  920,000  ordinary
shares  of 5 pence each representing 1.96% of the  issued
ordinary share capital.  The total beneficial interest of
J.P.Morgan  Securities  Ltd, on  behalf  of  The  Fleming
Mercantile Investment Trust plc is now 3,270,000 ordinary
shares  of 5 pence each representing 6.96% of the  issued
ordinary share capital of the Company.
