Further  to  the  announcement of the  appointment  of  Andrew
Walton-Green  to  the Board and in accordance  with  paragraph
16.4  of the Listing Rules, the Company announces that  Andrew
has  not  been a director of a publicly quoted company  during
the previous five years.  There are no other disclosures to be
made under paragraph 16.4.
