Top-Up Offers for Subscription Update

The Company announces that it has increased the aggregate capacity of the two Offers for Subscription that launched on 17 September 2018.  The capacity has been increased from up to £3.23 million to up to £4.2 million. The additional capacity will allow the Company to process a number of applications which have already been received from investors, but which were in excess of the original capacity.

The Company does not intend to accept any new applications in respect of these Offers.  Shares will be allotted in due course.
