GRESHAM HOUSE PLC
Gresham House announces that at the Extraordinary General Meeting held today,
at which resolutions were submitted for the removal of four Gresham House
directors and the appointment of three new directors, all resolutions were
defeated. Of the proxy votes received by the Registrar, over 95% were cast
against the resolutions.
