GRESHAM HOUSE PLC Result of Annual General Meeting At the Annual General Meeting of Gresham House plc (GHE.L), the property and early-stage investment trust, held earlier today at the offices of Keith Bayley, Rodgers & Co Limited, resolutions 1,2, 3, 8, 10 and 12 were duly passed on a show of hands. Resolutions 4,5,6,7 and 9 relating to the reappointment of non-executive directors, Richard Lane, Tony Ebel, Nick Rowe and Tom Rowe, and granting the directors authority to allot shares under section 80, respectively were opposed by Parkwood but following a poll called at the request of Parkwood each of the resolutions was passed and therefore those directors were duly re-elected. Resolution 11, which was proposed as a special resolution to give directors authority to allot shares under section 95, was defeated. Alfred Stirling, Chairman of Gresham House, commented: "We are pleased that the Board continues to have the majority support of its shareholders.
