Gresham House (AIM: GHE), the specialist alternative asset manager, announces that it received notice on 26 February 2021 that Mr Richard Crosbie Dawson, FIM Founder, made an intra-family transfer of 837,444 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 26 February 2021. 

 

Following the transfer, Mr Crosbie Dawson's resultant holding in the Company is 659,837 Ordinary Shares, reflecting a holding of less than 3% of the Company's issued share capital.
