Director / PDMR Shareholding

Gresham House, the specialist alternative asset manager, announces that it received notice on 13 December 2019 that Mr Gareth Davis, a Non-Executive Director and PDMR of the Company, purchased 11,400 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 611.5 pence per Ordinary Share on 13 December 2019.

Following the above transaction, Mr Davis has increased his shareholding to 16,400 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.1 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
