                              Director Shareholding

Gresham  House  was  today informed that Rosemary Chopin-John,  a  Non-Executive
Director of the Company, acquired 2,500 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in  the
Company  ("Ordinary Shares") yesterday, at a price of 190 pence per  share.  Mrs
Chopin-John  is now the beneficial owner of 3,000 Ordinary Shares,  representing
0.06 per cent. of the current issued share capital of the Company.
