                              Director shareholding
Gresham House has been informed that Stephen Ackerman, a Non-Executive director
of the Company, has today acquired 5,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in the
Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 335p per share. This holding
represents approximately 0.1 per cent. of the current issued share capital of
the Company.
