                  Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of AGM
The Company announces that copies of the Annual Report and Accounts for the year
ended 31 December 2008 and the Notice of Annual General Meeting have been sent
to shareholders. Electronic copies of these documents can be accessed from the
Company's web site: www.greshamhouse.com.

Copies of these documents have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority for
publication through the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which
is situated at The Financial Services Authority, 25 The North Colonnade, Canary
Wharf, London, E14 5HS.

The Company also announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held
on Tuesday 2 June 2009. The meeting will be held at the offices of Evolution
Securities Limited, 9th Floor, 100 Wood Street, London EC2V 7AN, at 10.30 a.m.
