Exercise of options

Gresham House plc announces that following the exercise of options on 6 October, 2006
under the Company's Approved Share Option Scheme it has issued 3,000 Ordinary Shares
of 25p each at 337.5p.

Application is being made to the UK Listing Authority for these 3,000 new Ordinary
Shares to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's
market for listed securities.  It is hoped that dealings in these shares can begin on
Monday 16 October, 2006.
