Greggs plc announces that on 21 June 2007 it purchased 12,000 ordinary shares of
20p each in the Company for cancellation at the highest price of £50.00 per
share and at the lowest price of £49.195 per share.
Following this cancellation of shares, the Company's total issued share capital
will be 11,083,391.
