Initial Notification as per regulatory requirement



The Company has been notified on 22 January 2007 that Baillie Gifford & Co has
an interest in 873,700 ordinary shares of 0.20p in the Company, representing
7.83% of the issued share capital of 11,161,563 in the Company.


The Company has further been notified that Baillie Gifford & Co, a discretionary
investment manager, is the parent undertaking of an investment management group.
Its wholly owned direct subsidiary undertaking Baillie Gifford Overseas Limited
(193072; 1.7%) is a life assurance company which procures discretionary
investment management services from Baillie Gifford & Co in respect of its own
account shareholdings. Its wholly owned indirect (via Baillie Gifford Life
Limited) subsidiary undertaking Baillie Gifford & Co Limited (34248; 0.3%) is an
OEIC Authorised Corporate Director and Unit Trust Manager which has delegated
its discretionary investment management role to Baillie Gifford & Co.
