has an interest in a total of 549,238 voting ordinary 20p shares (4.93% of the
issued share capital of the Company) as follows:

173,370 ordinary 20p shares held in the name of Productive Nominees Limited;

215,000 ordinary 20p shares held jointly with Andrew Davison, Fiona Nicholson
and Richard Hutton as trustees of the Greggs Charitable Trust;

80,434 ordinary 20p shares held jointly with Andrew Davison and Alan Wardropper
as trustees of the I D Gregg Settlement; and

80,434 ordinary 20p shares held jointly with Andrew Davison and Alan Wardropper
and Fiona Nicholson as trustees of the I D Gregg Settlement.
