On 23 March 2001, Greggs PLC ('the Company') received a notification in
accordance with sections 198-202 of the Companies Act 1985 that 3i Group plc has
ceased to have any notifiable interest in the Ordinary Shares of 20p in the
share capital of the Company.
*A Private Investor is a recipient of the information who meets all of the conditions set out below, the recipient:
