notifiable interest is as follows:-

PRUCLT HSBC GIS NOM (UK) PPL AC       2,400 ordinary shares of 20p
Total                               792,400 ordinary shares of 20p

This holding represents 6.61% of the issued share capital of the Company.  This
information was correct on 9 February 2001.
