the Company)purchased 2,500 ordinary shares of 20p each at the price of £19.85
per share for Greggs Bakeries Ltd Retirement Benefit Scheme in which Michael
John Darrington has a beneficial interest and in which Malcolm Simpson has a
non-beneficial interest.
