Greggs plc (the "Company") announces the following transaction by a person discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMR") in ordinary shares of the Company with a nominal value of £0.02 ("Shares") of which it was notified on 5 September 2023.

Roisin Currie acquired 88 Shares pursuant options granted under the Greggs 2020 Save a You Earn Scheme.

The Shares were acquired at an option price of £14.24 per Share.
