Following the announcement on 7 March 2023 of its full year results for the 52 weeks ended 31 December 2022, the Company announces that as of 11 April 2023 it has issued its Annual Financial Report and Accounts for 2022 and notice of the forthcoming Annual General Meeting to those shareholders who have requested hard copies.
The documents have also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and are available for inspection at National Storage Mechanism | FCA.

The Company also announces that it will hold its Annual General Meeting at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday 17 May 2023, at The Grand Hotel High Gosforth Park, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE3 5HN.
