                       ('the Company')

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange
Limited for a total of 40,000 Ordinary shares of 20p each
('shares') to be admitted to the Official List.  It is
expected that permission to admit the new shares will be
granted on 8th September 1999.

These shares are being reserved under a block listing and
will be issued as a result of the exercise of share options
pursuant to the following scheme:

Executive Sharesave Scheme              40,000

When issued, these shares will rank pari passu with the
existing Ordinary shares.

Six Monthly Returns will be submitted to the London Stock
Exchange for the six months ending 31st March and 30th
September.
