GreenRoc Mining Plc announces that it was informed on 8 December 2021 that Kirk Adams, the Company's Chief Executive Officer, purchased 77,399 ordinary shares of £0.001 in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 6.46 pence per share on 8 December 2021.
