he had made the following purchases of Greencore shares on 18th December,
2000:
1,500 at Eur 2.84 per share; and
8,500 at Eur 2.85 per share.
Mr P.R. O'Donoghue, a director of Greencore Group plc has notified the company
that he purchased 5,000 shares at Eur 2.78 on 19th December, 2000.
