Re: Director's Shareholding


Mr. E.F. Sullivan advised the Company today that he acquired 202 Greencore
Shares on 26th March, 2002 at a consideration of €3.22 per share under the
Company's Dividend Reinvestment Scheme. Mr. Sullivan's total holding of
Greencore Ordianry Shares now amounts to 20,404 shares.
