Total Voting Rights and Capital

In accordance with DTR 5.6.1R of the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company notifies the market that, as at 8 a.m. on 27 March 2013:

·      it had 260,000,100 issued ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") admitted to trading. Each Ordinary Share carries the right to one vote in relation to all circumstances at general meetings of the Company;

·      it does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury; and

·      accordingly has total voting rights of 260,000,100.

The total voting rights figure of 260,000,100 may be used by shareholders and others with notification obligations as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
