                               Director's Holding


Further to the announcement of 26 June 2007 concerning the death of Stephen
Chen, non-executive Director and father of Kenny Chen, Managing Director, the
Company has today been notified that Stephen Chen's holding of 5,000,000
Ordinary Shares have been transferred to Pinocelle S.A. a nominee company of
Kenny Chen. As a result Kenny Chen now has a beneficial holding of 80,500,000
Ordinary Shares, equating to 80.5% of the issued share capital of the Company.
