Brennan plc had sold 4,360,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.01p each in the capital of
the Company (the 'Shares'). Following this transaction Hoodless Brennan plc now
holds 317,000 Shares and no longer has a disclosable holding in the issued share
capital of the Company.
