has today purchased 50,000 shares in this company in the name of his wife, Mrs.
Penny Peskin, at a price of 186p per share.

The total holding of Mr. Richard Peskin and his family, following this
notification, is stated below:

     Shares beneficially held           5,300,000
     Shares non-beneficially held       2,720,000
