P.L.C. LTIP Employee Share Trust acquired 500,000 Ordinary Shares in the 
Company on 27 June 2003 at 229p per share.

All executive directors and certain employees of the Company are beneficiaries 
of the Great Portland Estates P.L.C. LTIP Employee Share Trust and the shares 
have been acquired for use under the Company's Long-Term Incentive Plan.
