Following the passing of the resolution of shareholders relating to the proposed 8 for 11 Rights Issue on 8 June 2009, Timon Drakesmith sold 12,270 nil paid rights registered in his name for 113.6p per nil paid right and bought 12,270 nil paid rights in the name of Brewin Nominees Limited (as custodian for his SIPP), for 114.25p per nil paid right.
