The Company was advised on 20 May 2010 that on that date, Mr M Fane, the Chairman of the Company, bought 9,700 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 270.0p per share, representing 0.013% of the Company's issued share capital.

Following this purchase, Mr Fane had a total interest of 128,950 shares in the Company representing 0.177% of the Company's issued share capital.
