Great Portland Appoints New Auditors

Great Portland Estates plc announces that, following a tender process, Deloitte
& Touche LLP have been appointed as auditors to the Company.  The previous
auditors, Ernst & Young, decided that they needed to step down in order to avoid
a potential perception of a threat to their independence, after a member of
their audit team was recruited by the Company.
