                            Disclosure of Interests



The Company was notified on 15 April 2008 that AXA S.A. ('AXA'), as a result of
an acquisition of voting rights, has increased its interest in the Company's
issued share capital from 5,813,814 ordinary shares representing 9.87 per cent.
of the issued share capital of the Company to 5,924,238 ordinary shares
representing 10.05 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.


The Company's issued share capital consists of 58,932,594 Ordinary Shares with a
nominal value of 0.2 pence each, with voting rights.


The above figure of 58,932,594 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in
the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine
if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest
in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Service Authority's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
