GTE announces that, at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held

GTE, whose shares are trading on the London Stock Exchange's AIM market,
develops, assembles and markets cleaning systems, as well as other associated
equipment, for the internal cleaning of gas turbine compressors. The Company
sells its products globally to international blue chip customers in the aviation

The GTE system provides an effective high pressure cleaning solution which, in
the case of the aviation sector provides for a shorter and less costly process
and, in the case of the industrial sector, enables engines to be washed with
water when on-line without requiring the engine to be shut down. The added
benefits of on-line washing provide both fuel efficiency savings as well as
availability improvements, due to the elimination of a portion of the off-line
or shutdown events.
