At an Extraordinary General Meeting of Grainger Trust plc held today a
resolution was passed, inter alia, to approve the investment by Grainger Trust
plc in Bromley Property Holdings Limited, whose subsidiary, Bromley Property
Investments Limited, has made offers for the issued share capital of BPT plc.
