     ANNOUNCEMENT OF INTERIM RESULTS FOR THE SIX MONTHS TO 31ST MARCH 2006



Grainger Trust plc ('Grainger'), the UK's largest quoted residential property
investor, will announce its interim results for the six months to 31st March
2006 on Tuesday 13th June 2006.


An analysts' meeting will be held at 9:00am at the offices of Tavistock
Communications, 8th 131 Finsbury Pavement, London EC2A 1NT.
