Grafton Group plc will announce its Interim Results for the period ending 30
June 2007 at 07.00 (BST) on Tuesday, 14 August 2007 and not as previously
advised.


Management will host an Analysts' Conference Call at 08.30 (BST) on Tuesday 
14 August 2007 to discuss the results.
