Gore Street Energy Storage Fund plc, the internationally diversified energy storage fund, was informed that on 28 March 2024, Lisa Scenna, Non-Executive Director, purchased 35,000 ordinary shares of 0.01p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at an average price of 63.253p per share. Following this purchase, Ms Scenna has a beneficial interest in 35,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.007% of the Company's issued share capital.
