Pursuant to the company's Continuing Obligations, we hereby give notice of
notification, which the Company has received today pursuant to Section 198 of
the Companies Act 1985.
Following the purchase of 15,000 ordinary shares at 66p per share yesterday,
22nd December, Mr. J. H. Ridley has increased his holding in the issued share
capital of Goodwin PLC to 510,167 shares representing 7.09%.
